■ Once time and attendance records have accumulated, processing time is

slowed down. Therefore, time and attendance records no longer in use need

to be deleted to improve processing speed.

Be sure to take necessary precautions since once authentication records and

time and attendance results are deleted this is already permanent.

■ If the [Deleted after Saving Record] button is pressed, records are saved

before they are deleted.

Records can be saved and database can be compressed only with mdb file

of Microsoft Access Database.
