2-2-8 Business Trip Registration

■ Business trip codes required in work schedule can be registered.

■ Enter a code in English alphabet and number. After changing a name, select

[Registration].

To change a previously registered business trip code, select a business trip

code in [Business Trip List] and change the code and name. Then, press the

[Change] button.

■ Registered codes can be applied during time and attendance schedule

setting. A business trip code is shown for a specific workday name when

displaying time and attendance.
